The Boyne City Main Street Façade Grant program for 2025 is now open!

This program provides a reimbursement based, matching grant for façade improvements for building and business owners within the Main Street District. For every dollar awarded, the applicant must spend an equal amount and individual grant amounts may be up to 50% of the project cost. A total of $20,000 is allocated to be awarded during the current budget year and while competitive, there is no specific number of grants that might be awarded.

Recommendations for funding grant applications will be made by the Main Street Design Committee to the Main Street Board which will make all final decisions in June, 2025.
