Parade launches Halloween in Boyne City
This Halloween many of the businesses in downtown Boyne will again be participating in the holiday festivities. Cindi Malin, owner of Cindifranco’s Cool Stuff, will throw her third annual Halloween parade for all who are interested. “It’s community spirit for the children, and it’s always good to see what people do for the kids on Halloween,” said Malin, “Come on down, get dressed up and march with us, or bring a chair and watch the parade.” The parade will be on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 4:30 p.m. (line-up starts at 4) and will start at Pine Street, proceeding from Lake to Water to Park street.
HAUNTED HOUSE - Also on Oct. 31 the Boyne City Firefighters Association will hold its free Haunted House in the red barn next to the Boyne District Library on Park Street.
